Upload Guidelines
- Generate an account by providing your email address and creating a password
- Fill out the submissions form assigned to your session event
- Upload your file
- Click on the Submit button
Note: You will receive an email notification once your file has been submitted and reviewed.

Welcome to the FMA Annual Meeting 2026 • Poster Submission Portal!
Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your updated poster file.
Your FMA Annual Meeting file was already uploaded during the first phase and has completed the judging process. Now will be the time to update any research information or images on your poster. Uploading an updated file at this next stage is optional.
Please note that the poster title must remain the same as the original title. Do not change the title of your poster.
Updated submission deadline: July 2nd at 11:59pm ET.
Submission Instructions
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
- Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04" (Landscape)
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.

Abstract Submission dates: June 5th– July 9th, 2026
Poster submission dates: August 4th – September 11th, 2026
Poster presentation date: October 15th, 2026

Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission extended deadline: August 19th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Submission Instructions
- Create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password on the bottom of the page. After creating an account the form will appear for you to fill out and upload your ePoster.
- Only .ppt, .pptx or .pdf file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the file is saved as Abstract ID
- Slide dimensions must be 40.97" x 23.04"(Landscape)
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
- You will receive an email notification when your file has been received and reviewed. Verify that the submittable email has gone to your main inbox and not your spam or junk folder.

Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline for high school students : August 4th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Poster submission deadline for college students : August 6th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Submission Instructions
1. Create Your ePoster
Choose one of the ePoster templates, or create your own using the requirements below.
Your ePoster must meet the following specifications:
- File format: .pptx or .ppt
- Slide size: 40.97" W × 23.04" H (Landscape)
- Minimum font size: 28 pt
- Slide Show settings: Go to Set Up Slide Show and select Loop continuously until Esc.
- Transitions: Go to the Transitions tab and clear On Mouse Click.
2. Create Your Submittable Account
Review the submission instructions, then click Continue at the bottom of the page to create your Submittable account.
Be sure to save your username and password for future access.
3. Submit Your ePoster
After signing in, answer all required submission questions and upload your ePoster along with any required embedded files.
Before uploading, save your ePoster using the following filename format: Lastname.Firstname
When you're finished, click Submit.
Note: If using PowerPoint for the web, you may submit a shareable link instead of uploading a file. Ensure the link is set to “Anyone with the link can view” and downloading is enabled.
Please submit your ePoster by the submission deadline.
Important: Only one member of your group should submit the ePoster.
4. Check Your Email
You will receive email notifications when:
- Your Submittable account has been created.
- Your submission has been received.
- Your submission has been reviewed.
Be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder for emails from Submittable.
After your submission has been reviewed, you will receive an email letting you know whether your ePoster has been accepted or declined.
- If your ePoster is accepted, no further action is needed.
- If your ePoster is declined, the email will explain why. Make the requested revisions and upload the updated ePoster.
Note: If you submit a link, your file will be downloaded and processed. Any updates made after the file has been accepted will not appear in your submission.
