Celebration of Science - Abstract Submission
Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline: March 16th 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Submission Instructions
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and password.
- Only .pdf, .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
- Slide dimensions must 40.97" x 23.04"
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the poster file and any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
You will receive an email notification when your file has been received and reviewed.
Important Notice: When creating an account and uploading your file, please ensure your email settings allow messages from Submittable, as all communications are handled through the platform. Be sure reviewer notifications are not sent to your spam or junk folder to avoid missing reviews or important updates.
