Welcome to the MIT Scale Research Expo.
Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline: January 8th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST.
Submission Instructions
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .pdf, .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted for static files.
- Only .mov or .mp4 file formats are being accepted for video files.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as poster#.poster group name
- Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04"
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
