Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline: December 17, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.
Submission Instructions for Live Presenters
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .pdf, .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
- Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04" (Landscape)
- Please complete the submission form below carefully, making sure all details are correct.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
Submission Instructions for Online Gallery
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .pdf, .mov, or .mp4 file formats are being accepted. Note that any file containing animations, transitions, or interactive elements will become static when converted to PDF. If you are uploading a video file, please ensure it is between 5 and 7 minutes long.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
- Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04" (Landscape)
- Please complete the submission form below carefully, making sure all details are correct.
- Upload the file.
- Click on the submit button.
