Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline: October 20, 2025 at 11:59pm, ET
Submission Instructions
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the abstract file is saved as Lastname.Firstname
- Slide dimensions must WIDTH 40.97" x HEIGHT 23.04". CALIBRI FONT Preferred.
- On set up slide show, Show type should be Browsed by individual (window) and Show options should be Loop continuously until 'Esc'
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
