Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.
Poster submission deadline: June 9th, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.
Submission Instructions
- If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
- Only .ppt/.pptx/.pdf file formats are being accepted.
- Make sure the file is saved as LastName.FirstName (ex: Doe.Jane)
- Slide dimensions must WIDTH 40.97" x HEIGHT 23.04".
- Fill out the submissions form found below.
- Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
- Click on the submit button.
