Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.  

Poster submission deadline: February 16th, 2026  at 11:59:00 PM ET. 

 Submission Instructions 

1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
2. Only .ppt/pptx. file formats are being accepted.
3. Make sure the abstract file is saved as  LastName.FirstName (ex: Doe.Jane)
4. Slide dimensions must WIDTH 40.97" x HEIGHT 23.04" (Landscape)
5. Fill out the submissions form found below.
6. Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
7. Click on the submit button.

Welcome to the AMSA RMC Abstract 2026 Submission Portal

Everything you need to know about completing your Abstract Submission can be found within this section.

Abstract Submission Dates: March 31st , 2026 at 4:00PM CT.

Abstract Revised Submission Dates: April 22, 2026 - April 29, 2026

Please note: By submitting, you are committing to upload an abstract through the ePosterBoards online platform.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the abstract you submit is your final, completed version. If it is still in progress, save it as a draft instead. Once a document is submitted, any additional changes will require approval from the ePosterBoards team.

Submission Fee:

AMSA will be charging a $75 (USD) abstract submission fee. This fee is charged per abstract, and the fee covers expenses of handling the abstracts and presentation using the e-poster format.

This submission fee is nonrefundable and will be due at the time you submit your AMSA RMC abstract online.

Kindly note that all payments must be made in US Dollars by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or PayPal. All costs must be done by the ordering customer and free of charge for the receiver account on all payments. Other methods of payment (personal checks or bank transfer) cannot be accepted.

The submission fee will be displayed on your card statement as: submittable-stripe. A payment receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided when you created your submission account.

Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.  

Poster submission extended deadline: February 27th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. 

 Submission Instructions 

1. Create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password on the bottom of the page. After creating an account the form will appear for you to fill out and upload your ePoster.
2. Only .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf  file formats are being accepted.
3. Make sure the file is saved as Lastname.Firstname
4. Slide dimensions must be 40.97" x 23.04"
5. Fill out the submissions form found below.
6. Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
7. Click on the submit button.
8. You will receive an email notification when your file has been received and reviewed.  Verify that the submittable email has gone to your main inbox and not your spam or junk folder.

We recommend using one of the provided PowerPoint poster templates provided when creating your poster.
