                      Upload Guidelines

  1. Generate an account by providing your email address and creating a password
  2. Fill out the submissions form assigned to your session event
  3. Upload your file
  4. Click on the Submit button

Note: You will receive an email notification once your file has been submitted and reviewed.

Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.  

Poster submission deadline: September 25, 2025 at 11:59pm est. 

 Submission Instructions 

  1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
  2. Only .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
  3. Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
  4. Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04"
  5. Fill out the submissions form found below.
  6. Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
  7. Click on the submit button.

Poster submission deadline: October 20th 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. 

 Submission Instructions 

  1. Only presenters using an ePosterBoards tablet are required to upload their submission. If a presenter plans to use their own device, uploading a file is not necessary.
  2. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
  3. Only .pdf, .ppt, or .pptx file formats are being accepted.
  4. Make sure the abstract file is saved as LastName.FirstName
  5. Slide dimensions must Width 40.97" x Height 23.04"
  6. Fill out the submissions form found below.

Welcome to the 2025 CHNC Annual Symposium • Poster Submission Portal! 

Within this section you will find everything you need to know about filling out the submission form and how to upload your poster file.  

Poster submission extended deadline: October 20th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. 

 Submission Instructions 

  1. Create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password on the bottom of the page. After creating an account the form will appear for you to fill out and upload your ePoster.
  2. Only .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf  file formats are being accepted.
  3. Limit your poster presentation to no more than 6 slides
  4. Make sure the file is saved as PosterID.Lastname.Firstname
  5. Slide dimensions must be 40.97" x 23.04"
  6. Fill out the submissions form found below.
  7. Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
  8. Click on the submit button.
  9. You will receive an email notification when your file has been received and reviewed.  Verify that the submittable email has gone to your main inbox and not your spam or junk folder.
