Follow instructions below to proceed with submitting your file. 

                      Upload Guidelines

  1. Generate an account by providing your email address and creating a password
  2. Fill out the submissions form assigned to your session event
  3. Upload your file
  4. Click on the Submit button

Note: You will receive an email notification once your file has been submitted and reviewed.

Welcome to the ePoster Upload Portal for SSWR 2024 In Person Poster Session. 

The online file upload submission deadline is December 18, 2023, 11:59pm est. 

Please follow the instructions below to submit your poster file:

Note: This is the last day to upload your poster file before revision period begins. 

Submission Instructions: 

  1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password. After creating your account, return to the upload portal form. 
  2. For in-person presenters, the accepted file format is .ppt, .pptx., or .pdf.
  3. Make sure the file is saved as Lastname.Firstname
  4. Slide dimensions must 40.97" x 23.04". 
  5. Fill out the submissions form found below.
  6. Upload the ePoster file and any additional media files.
  7. Click on the submit button.

Note: 

You will receive an email notification when your file has been received and reviewed. If you would like further instructions on how to submit your file, click on the tutorial links listed below to visit the ePosterBoards knowledge base.

The online file upload submission deadline is January 10, 2024, 5:00pm ET. 

Please follow the instructions below to submit your poster file:

Note: This is the last day to upload your poster file before revision period begins. 

Submission Instructions: 

  1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password. After creating your account, return to the upload portal form. 
  2. For in-person presenters, the accepted file format is Static files (.ppt or .pptx.)  or Video Recording (.mov, .mp4, .mpeg)
  3. Make sure the file is saved as Presenting Group Name
  4. Slide dimensions must 40.97" x 23.04". 
  5. Fill out the submissions form found below.
  6. Upload the ePoster file and any additional media files.
  7. Click on the submit button.

  3. Make sure the abstract file is saved as Team or  Project name
