                      Upload Guidelines

  1. Generate an account by providing your email address and creating a password
  2. Fill out the submissions form assigned to your session event
  3. Upload your file
  4. Click on the Submit button

Note: You will receive an email notification once your file has been submitted and reviewed.

 Submission Instructions 

  1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.

  3. Make sure the abstract file is saved as  LastName.FirstName

Poster submission deadline: October 22, 2024 at 11:59pm est. 

 Submission Instructions 

  1. If you have not already, create a Submittable account by providing your email address and a password.
  2. Only .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf file formats are being accepted.
  3. Slide dimensions must be WIDTH 40.97" x HEIGHT 23.04".
  4. Font size should be a minimum of 28pts. CALIBRI FONT Preferred.  Use multiple slides if content does not fit in one slide.
  5. Presentation must be set on "Loop continuously until 'ESC'" (Slide Show > Set Up Slide Show > Show options)
  6. Save as Last Name.First Name
  7. Fill out the submissions form found below.
  8. Upload the file. Upload any additional media files accordingly.
  9. Click on the submit button.
